Legal Terms

It is important to respect the surroundings and Environment.

ILLEGAL ACTS

The property shall not be used for illegal activities (eg. Prostitution, betting, drugs etc) by guests, employees or the Host. Any such activities shall be reported to nearest police station.

Nuissance

The guest shall not engage in activities that is considered Nuissance leading to complaints from other guests, host or employees, Loud noise or Music in open areas after 10PM is considered Nuissance.

Alcohol

The property does not serve or store alcohol, Any personal alcohol must be consumed within private areas decently.

Safety is self responsibility

The Guest shall be themselves responsible for their own safety. Owners, Employees or Management are not responsible for any injuries or loss to guests or their property.
